Agent Readiness Translation Ladder

How the canonical Agent Readiness framework translates down into public language and then into estate expression — three rungs per dimension: canonical dimension → plain-language rendering → page-role expression. Read top-to-bottom as a translation, left-to-right as the four dimensions (Legibility, Discovery, Trust, Callability). Governance renders as the spine over all four, not a fifth sibling.
