• How a readiness verdict is reached Every readiness verdict is built the same way — from the evidence you provided, up through admissible findings and per-dimension judgments, to one overall result issued under named human accountability. The outcome is never a machine's rubber stamp, and where the evidence doesn't support a call, the assessment says so.
  • 1 · Evidence, on the record The assessment works only from the evidence you provided. Each piece is recorded with what it is and where it came from, and observations are kept separate from interpretations. Findings are tied to that evidence, never to guesswork — and the assessment does not reach beyond the boundary of what you shared.
  • 2 · Findings, only where admissible A finding is admitted only when it is grounded in the recorded evidence. A claim the evidence doesn't support is held out — not quietly folded into the result. That admissibility line is what keeps the verdict honest rather than impressionistic.
  • 3 · Judged dimension by dimension Admissible findings roll up into a judgment on each readiness dimension — use-case clarity, trust-boundary definition, human judgment and responsibility, operational legibility, control and intervention capacity, and evidence of real operating discipline. Each dimension carries its own basis and its own uncertainty; strong areas don't paper over weak ones.
  • 4 · One governed roll-up The dimension judgments combine into a single overall result, with the dominant constraints named. The roll-up may summarize combined effect and surface repeated weaknesses; it may not invent strength where key dimensions went unassessed, or smooth a contradiction into a tidy verdict.
  • 5 · Underdetermination is a real outcome If the evidence provided doesn't support a judgment, the honest result is 'not assessable on the evidence provided' — a real, named outcome, not a forced call. The only verdict settled by rule alone is that honest 'insufficient'; a positive readiness judgment is never a mechanical default — it's a governed judgment, issued under named human accountability.
  • 6 · Issued under named human accountability The governed system completes and delivers the result on its own. Responsibility for the service — and for handling exceptions — remains human and named. This isn't a per-case signoff; it's that a named person is accountable for the system and for what it issues. Governed judgment is the point of the product — the structure exists to make that judgment legible, not to replace it.
