• Agent Readiness — Public Estate Roles Each live surface holds exactly one role. The roles are non-substitutable: a page that explains is not a page that proves; a page that sells is not a page that demonstrates. Routing an explaining artifact at the proving role is the exact confusion this role architecture exists to prevent.
  • Agent Readiness (the offering the estate serves) [subject] The subject every surface serves: what agent readiness is, that QuantumBeard proves its own, and how a reader or agent engages it. Not a page — the thing the pages are about.
  • Proof page — /proof/agent-readiness/ [live, indexed, ratified] ROLE: demonstrates. Interpretive proof page over the evidence substrate — 'what agent readiness is and how QuantumBeard proves it.' Carries the load-bearing 'checkable, not asserted / everything above is interpretation' boundedness. Publication is governed by an explicit claim-posture ratification.
  • Framework explainer — /diagnostics/agent-readiness/what-agent-ready-means/ [live] ROLE: explains. Canonical four-dimension exposition — the shift agents force, what 'ready' means, what it is not, why now, where to start. Explaining the category is a different act from proving any specific surface — the two roles stay adjacent but never merge.
  • Sales / product page — /diagnostics/agent-readiness/ [live] ROLE: converts. Commercial front door for the Agent Readiness Assessment offering; on-ramp → assessment.quantumbeard.ai (guided async intake returning a structured artifact). Sells and intakes; it does not prove or explain.
  • Sample — /diagnostics/agent-readiness/sample/ [live] ROLE: illustrates. A sample artifact published for orientation — it shows what the assessment returns without claiming to prove anything about any particular system.
  • Evidence substrate — /proof/agent-readiness/evidence/ [live, data] ROLE: grounds. The inspectable public data the proof page binds its interpretive claims to. Not a reader-facing narrative surface — the checkable ground under the proof: the evidence, as data.
