## Components

- **The Verse — Surface Map** — City map, not blueprint. Each branch is a surface CLASS; each leaf is tagged by what kind of thing it is and whether it is public, internal, governing, operational, or planned.
  - **Operator / Human** — Where the human in the loop sits and acts.
    - **Ken** [human] — Operator. Owns judgment, meaning, escalation, go-live decisions.
  - **Agent Surfaces** — The three agents of the Guild. Strict role boundaries.
    - **Odin** [live] — Primary reasoning partner / conversational default. Reasons, analyzes, drafts concepts.
    - **Claude Code** [live, builder] — Builder and implementation keystone — the agent that builds what the Guild designs. Capability-level; tooling internals withheld.
    - **Gemini** [live, infra] — Infrastructure and corpus agent. Powers the memory/retrieval substrate. Not in the active analysis loop.
  - **Memory / Corpus** — Where Verse cognition is stored and retrieved. Grouped as one readable surface — the layers underneath are mechanism, shown on the Process/Topology maps.
    - **Corpus / memory surface** [live] — The corpus / memory surface — where Verse cognition is stored and retrieved. Historical search over past evidence, not current-state. Mechanism abstracted (shown structurally on the Process and Topology maps).
  - **Worker / Runtime** — Live edge-compute surfaces (capability-level; runtime and auth detail withheld).
    - **Commerce / checkout surface** [public, live] — Public-facing commerce surface: intake, qualification, and checkout. Payment lane live-proven.
  - **Public Web Surfaces** — Where the Verse meets the outside world. State tags are exact — deployment state is not uniform across these.
